This policy describes how LSYGENA collects, uses and protects personal data of users of lsygena.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

No external Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed to date. Data protection requests are handled by LSYGENA management.
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide via:
— the contact form (name, company, work email address, subject, message);
— the technical data sheet request form (name, company, work email address).
To protect forms against spam and abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data (IP address, browser characteristics) for that purpose only.
No special-category (sensitive) data under the GDPR is requested. We do not create user accounts on the site.
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
— responding to your requests for information, samples or technical documentation (performance of pre-contractual steps or LSYGENA's legitimate interest in answering B2B enquiries);
— emailing you the requested technical data sheet (performance of your request);
— protecting forms against spam and automated submissions (legitimate interest);
— commercial follow-up related to your enquiry (legitimate interest).
Where a checkbox accepting this policy is required, processing is also based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Your data is intended for LSYGENA staff authorised to handle your request.
It may be shared with the following processors, strictly for their assigned tasks:
— Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France / European Union): sending transactional emails (acknowledgements, internal notification, PDF technical data sheets);
— Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): anti-spam protection of forms (Turnstile), with appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses);
— the website hosting provider: technical storage and availability of the service.
LSYGENA does not sell your data to third parties. No transfer to commercial partners takes place without an appropriate legal basis and prior information.
Email processing via Brevo takes place within the European Union.
Cloudflare Turnstile may involve a transfer to the United States. That transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses and additional measures implemented by Cloudflare.
Should another processor transfer data outside the EU, appropriate safeguards will be implemented (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
Data from contact and technical data sheet forms is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last exchange, unless a longer legal or accounting obligation applies, or until you exercise your right to object / erasure.
Thereafter, data is deleted or anonymised.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability (where applicable), and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise these rights: via the website contact form, or by post to LSYGENA's registered office (33 rue de la Grenouillère, 49440 Candé, France), providing proof of identity if required.

The lsygena.com website does not use audience measurement, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Only technical cookies or mechanisms strictly necessary for the site to function (for example a server technical session, language preference, or Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam protection) may be used. Such cookies do not require prior consent under CNIL guidance.
LSYGENA implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration (HTTPS, restricted access to email tools, etc.).
